More than 15 years ago, Crop’s decided not only to grow the finest vegetables – but also to use our wonderful ingredients to create our own recipes. We hired chefs and nutritionists and built a state of the art development kitchen at Crop’s HQ in Ooigem, Belgium. We also began working with chefs from around the world who specialise in their own cuisines — to help us create a global menu of authentic dishes that truly capture local flavours.
